 Welcome to DoctorsForPain.com.  This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our services.

 DoctorsForPain is privately owned and operated.  Other web sites owned by DoctorsForPain located within this URL are covered by the same terms of use. List of those web sites appear at the end of this document.  You may leave our web site from time to time to view other sites that are linked to DoctorsForPain for reference or referral purposes.  These sites provide their own user agreement and we bear no responsibility for them.

 For Advanced Listings only:  You may not use the web site to transmit, distribute, store or destroy any material in violation or infringe of applicable laws, regulations or copyrights of contents.  Further, this web site may not be used to violate the privacy or personal rights of others, make any defamatory, obscene, abusive or threatening remarks.
