User Agreement:
I/we have read and understand "Terms and Conditions" and hereby agree to abide by terms set forth. This Agreement shall be for a period of one (1) year. It shall be considered automatically renewed unless we receive sixty (60) days prior written notice of cancellation. Membership may be cancelled at anytime however fees paid are not refundable.
